Cookie Policy

We inform you that this website (the "Website") is owned by Parques Reunidos Servicios Centrales, S.A., who authorizes its subsidiary company Leisure Parks, S.A. to use it (hereinafter, both will be jointly referred to as the "Controllers" or the "Publishers").

This Website uses cookies and similar technologies (HTTP Cookies, Pixel Tracker, and Local Shared) owned by the Controllers and third parties that store and retrieve information from users when they navigate through it for the purposes indicated in the section "Cookies and similar technologies used through the website."

However, in compliance with the principle of proactive responsibility, the Controllers inform that no personal data is collected or transferred through this Website without providing the necessary legal information beforehand and obtaining express consent from users when required.

Information regarding the treatment of information collected through cookies and similar technologies used on this Website can also be consulted through this Cookie Policy.

WHAT ARE COOKIES?

Cookies or similar technologies (local shared objects, flash cookies, web beacons, bugs, etc.) are small files created by websites that users visit, which are downloaded onto users' devices (computers, mobile phones, tablets, etc.) or browsers for the purpose of storing and retrieving certain information about users (for example, browsing habits or information about their devices and browsers).

WHAT TYPES OF COOKIES EXIST?

Below, illustrative but not limiting, the different types of cookies that may exist are identified based on the following classification criteria:

According to who is the entity that manages the equipment or domain from where the cookies are sent and processes the information obtained through them, we can distinguish:

  • First-party cookies: These are those that are sent to the user's device or browser from equipment or a domain managed by the owners of a website or application from which the requested service is provided.
  • Third-party cookies: These are those that are sent to the user's device or browser from equipment or a domain that is not managed by the owners of a website or application, but by another entity that processes the information obtained through such cookies or similar technologies.

If these cookies are sent from equipment or a domain managed by the owners of the website or application, but the information collected through them is processed by a third party, this type of cookie will not be considered as first-party cookies as long as they are used by the third party for their own purposes (for example, to improve the services they provide or to provide advertising services on behalf of another entity).

Depending on the time they remain active on users' devices and browsers:

  • Session cookies: These are designed to collect and store information while users access an application or website. They are usually used to store information that is only of interest to preserve for the provision of a service requested by the user on a single occasion and disappear when the session ends (for example, until the user closes the browser and ends the visit).
  • Persistent cookies: These allow the storage of information on the user's device or browser even when the session has ended, allowing access to and processing of this information during a later period defined by the cookie owner. This period can range from a few minutes to several years, unless the user deletes them manually.

According to the purpose for which the cookie is intended, they can be

  • Technical and strictly necessary cookies: These are cookies that allow users to navigate through an application or website and use the different options or services available on them, including those used to enable the management and operation of the website or application and enable its functions and services, such as controlling traffic and data communication, identifying the session, accessing restricted access parts, remembering the elements that make up products or services, completing the process of purchasing a product or service, managing payment for them, controlling fraud linked to the security of the service, making a request for registration or participation in an event, counting visits for billing software licenses used by the service (website, platform, or application), using security elements during navigation, storing content for the dissemination of videos or sound, enabling dynamic content (for example, loading animation of text or image) or sharing content through social networks. Also belonging to this category, due to their technical nature, are those cookies that allow for the most efficient possible management of advertising spaces that, as another element of design or "layout" of the service offered to the user, have been included on a website or application based on criteria such as edited content, without collecting user information for other purposes, such as personalizing that advertising content or other content.
  • Preference or customization cookies: These are cookies that allow you to remember information so that the user can access a website or application with certain characteristics that can differentiate their experience from that of other users, such as language, the number of results to show when the user performs a search, the appearance or content of the website or application depending on the type of browser the user accesses or the region from which they access, etc.
  • Analysis or measurement cookies: These are cookies that allow tracking and analysis of the behavior of users who visit a website or application, including quantifying the impacts of advertisements. The information collected through this type of cookie is used to measure the activity of websites or applications, in order to introduce improvements based on the analysis of user usage data.
  • Behavioral advertising cookies: These are cookies that store information about the behavior of users obtained through the continuous observation of their browsing habits to effectively manage and display advertising spaces that are incorporated into websites or applications, which allows for the development of a specific profile to display such advertising based on it.
  • Social network cookies: Websites or applications may contain features from third-party websites (e.g., social networks) that integrate scripts or other elements that are capable of reading, and sometimes storing, cookies and similar technologies in the browser or device of users (usually cookies and similar technologies for behavioral advertising). The publishers responsible for the websites or applications where features that incorporate this type of cookie or similar technologies are included do not have access to or control over them or the information they may collect, as it is the owners of those cookies who manage their purposes and their own privacy practices. That is why, before allowing their installation on devices or browsers, users are recommended to consult the privacy policies of the third parties responsible for such cookies and similar technologies. For illustrative purposes only, but not limited to, a list of third parties that may incorporate this type of cookie and similar technologies on users' devices and browsers is provided below, along with the link to the corresponding cookie and privacy policy for users to consult before deciding on the use of these types of cookies or similar technologies.
